Support for U Visa Seekers

I am a dedicated and compassionate professional who provides unwavering support to U Visa seekers and immigration attorneys. I guide clients through the intricate U Visa process, and my expertise in conducting evaluations in both English and Spanish ensures effective communication with our diverse clientele. I am also a certified Forensic Mental Health evaluator, and I stand ready to serve as an expert witness in immigration court when necessary.

U Visa Evaluations

My evaluations encompass both physical assessments, conducted by a medical provider, and psychological evaluations, conducted by myself. The evaluation process typically spans two to four hours and may occur over two visits, reflecting my meticulous approach to comprehensive assessment. Following the interview, I prepare a comprehensive report detailing the individual’s personal and trauma history, directly relevant to their U visa case. I am committed to ensuring that reports are generally completed within 14 days.

I offer the flexibility of in-person or Telehealth sessions, accommodating clients across various states, including Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Nevada, and New Mexico. To ensure the accuracy of the evaluation process, it’s highly recommended to provide relevant documents such as affidavits, police reports, medical records, and any materials pertinent to my case.

Fees for evaluations vary depending on the complexity of each case, encompassing the clinical interview, record review, and report completion, which is submitted to the immigration attorney. In cases requiring expert testimony in immigration court, an additional fee is charged.

As a U visa seeker or an immigration attorney dedicated to supporting clients, I encourage you to reach out with any inquiries concerning fees, the evaluation process, or to request the one-page referral document. Your journey toward seeking U visa support and justice begins here, marked by my steadfast commitment to compassion and professionalism.
